I represent individuals, businesses and municipalities throughout southwest Ohio. My practice includes counsel in land use and zoning matters, as well as business and contract law. I advise local governments on a broad range of issues, including land use and zoning issues, administrative appeals, eminent domain challenges, and the defense of taxpayer actions alleging abuse of power. I often advise companies and communities throughout Southwestern Ohio on complex planning and zoning issues, including litigation matters.

In addition to my practice, I teach Planning Law and Administration to graduate and undergraduate Planning students at the University of Cincinnati. Through my teaching, I stay up-to-date on current ideas, issues and cases dealing with Planning and Zoning Law. This exposure to cutting-edge theory and practice in an academic setting proves to be of great benefit to my clients.
